I dealt with Pizza Hut on 151st and Metcalf in the shopping square. I’ve dealt with them over and over. And almost every time they either overcook the pizza or brought the wrong Pizza. The United States Chapman’s office for veterans in need and families. Has had nothing but the worst experience with this Pizza Hut and it’s been an ongoing problem. The corporate office gave us a $30 credit and when we decided to take another chance and see if we could get the right pizza or it wasn’t burnt. One of the assistant chaplains went into order and said we have a $30 credit. The person working the counter punched the number in and full face lied to the chaplain’s face. I would recommend if you can to go to another Pizza Hut location to order your food. Or right around the corner from this Pizza Hut is a Papa John’s. And we have actually always had a good experience with Papa John’s. I just hope nobody out there experiences what we have experienced with this Pizza Hut franchise. Also too I realize there was some five-star ratings for this franchise store. That has to be employees trying to cover for this store. Because everybody that I know and I know a lot of people has said it’s the worst Pizza Hut in Kansas City. So these five stars and good comments come on people don’t blow smoke up people’s backsides. When it comes to this Pizza Hut people run run.

We enjoyed our Pizza Hut feast. The meat lovers pizza was crispy with lots of toppings. The Melt was good-sauce was required. The cheesy bread was fabulous!

This Pizza Hut is a joke. They say they’re open till 10:00. They never answer their phone before 10:00. I walked in there one night at 8:30 to place an order because they didn’t answer their phone. One guy sitting down talking to two other guys not doing anything. Two more people in the back walking around. I tell the guy sitting down I would like to place an order. He says, “we’re closed”! I said, “your sign says 10:00 and internet says 10:00. He said, ” we had to close early because we didn’t have enough employees”. Yet there are 5 people employees doing absolutely nothing behind the counter.

We have been to this neighborhood Pizza Hut 59 times with no problem. In this case, I thought someone forgot to put sauce on my cheese lovers pizza. I thought….hey…Mistakes happen. Then I checked the menu and figured out the difference between a ultimate cheese lovers pizza and a cheese pizza is. Yep. I’m a big dummy :). It was supposed to be like that. Pizza Hut got it right again. I’ll order right next time. ….update…..A little bit of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue sauce on it, and it was fixed right up.

The manager at this pizza hut is AMAZING and so is the taste. I ordered the pizza online and when I came to pick it up their machines were not working so they didn’t get my order but the manager himself told me he will make one in 10 min. Later when I returned I see that this was a different one he made and told him I had ordered something else. He with out hesitation asked me to wait another 10 min and gave me the one i finally ordered and a brownie for free.

Pizza came 2 hours late and by a ride share service. Food was completely old.We tried to call the store repeatedly during the wait and after. They just decided not to answer phones, to avoid conversations about what they knew is terrible service. Avoid this store.

Just waited in the lobby for 5 minutes while a girl in the back just looking at me with a blank face… the best part, she wiped the same spot on the wall with a sponge the ENTIRE 5 MINUTES while my pizza just sat in the warmer. Finally someone else arrived and cashed me out. The sponge girl then moved to the receipt printer and gently wiped it down with her handy sponge.

Wonderful customer service!! Uber Eats doesn’t show you the itemized pricing when they have you place a delivery order. When I clicked on Place Order, it gave me a price for a medium pizza that I know couldn’t be correct because I still had a $12.01 credit on a gift card. I immediately cancelled the order. I called Uber support and they said I would be charged $23.43 because I canceled. They said they called the merchant and they said they already made the pizza. I knew that couldn’t be possible because i immediately canceled the order. They took all my information and said a supervisor would call me. I had 4 back and forth conversations with Uber Eats and finally they responded to the pressure. I called Pizza Hut and the manager, Mary said they never received a call around 3:05 pm and she was there. What Pizza Hut did was refunded me the “cancelled fee” of $23.43 and gave me a pizza free for all my trouble. Now that’s customer service!!!! Uber Eats should learn from them. I RECOMMEND NEVER USING EBER EATS, JUST HAVE PIZZA HUT DELIVER IT OR CARRY OUT!!!
