I love five guys, but this location sucks. Every time I have ordered through DoorDash, my hamburger has been wrong. Usually they forget the sauces or other toppings. This time I had the DoorDash driver ask them to check that the sauces were there, and they confirmed. Then the order arrived and they had added cheese that wasn’t supposed to be there. The order is correctly entered every time and somehow it’s always made incorrectly. It’s infuriating.

I had the best experience today with Rah the manager on duty at five guys in Ewing, Nj. He greet and serve you with a smile. He is a pleasant young man. I will encourage anyone to visit this five guys. Rah need a raise and a plaque. You don’t find young people like that to much anymore. Thank you

I ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, and they messed up the whole order. Took out the mayo and all the vegetables, then for one of the sandwiches added onions which I didn’t order at all. I couldn’t go back but would have went and complained.

This location is my local 5 guys located in a strip mall and it does provide what’s advertised reliably. Ferrari soda fountains and fresh made to order burgers. Only complaint I have in the place is the layout. While waiting for your order there is no practical place to be out of the way of other patrons. Burgers are better than regular fast food for sure. Strangely the music playing overhead is consistently decent too. Recommend.

All the employees were extremely nice and caring when it came to my food allergy, sesame seeds. The guys offered to give me a hot dog bun instead of the hamburger bun with my burger. The manager for some reason got very angry with her workers for helping me out and was being nasty to them the whole time i was in there. Honestly felt bad they had to deal with that karen as their manager. Corporate should reevaluate that lady because she was so nasty and rude to her employees and customers. If she wasnt working there it would have been an easy 5 star review!
