Went there at 8pm. They close at 10 but the inside was already locked up tight. Ordered some coffee – black and regular – and it was cold. The staff was very friendly and seemed to happy but they really didn’t put their best foot forward. Hopefully the next trip is better.

4 young women taking care of the entire place, hustling and professional and cheerful, all while some angry man yelled that he waited literally two minutes. I got my very large order after he stormed out in like 3 min total. These women all deserve a raise and hazard pay since they have to deal with such terrible men.

Seriously, almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this Dunkin they get the order wrong. I am constantly going back to get the right thing, it’s absolutely ridiculous. They don’t even have a phone number to call this location directly. It’s not even like they get it wrong only when it’s busy. They get it wrong when I’m the only customer. All the time. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And I’ve had this problem at this location for years. Don’t know why I even go there still. They aren’t training their employees, they don’t care, idk what it is.
