I understand that it was rush hour by the time we got it my hausband buns for his sandwich was rock hard was hard to eat l. The employees and the managers need to learn how to communicate better during rush hour. Not likely to return.

My experience was horrible, I ordered 2 happy meals and they refused to give the extra fries instead of apple slices, which were brownish and slimy. The soda had too much syrup, once the ice melted it wasn’t diluted, and was way too sweet. There reward system wasn’t working, so my code didn’t work and they just brushed it off like it happens all the time. The large fry container was split down the seas so fry were scattered all over the bag. I know this is a bunch of small thing but I haven been to a McDonald’s for almost a year and it made for a horrible experience. Spending around a 1/2 hour in a drive thru with 7 cars didn’t help any either.

Staff is too busy discussing their personal lives and what’s going on in their personal lives. Discussing employees who don’t show up for work.. very unprofessional you can stand at the counter for 20 minutes without one person acknowledging you as they discuss their personal lives.

Why as a walk in customer do I have to wait 5 minutes for someone to take orders as nobody else was working it, then had to say something to the manager (wearing a safety vest in the food area) about I was waiting for just fries 5 more minutes now, there were plenty of fries in the service bin, and I also said aren’t you concerned about speedy service, I was handed cold fries and two Splenda for my tea, cheap people.. I use 5-6 usually, and a prior mobile order here, the drive thru line was in the street and at 15 minutes I called and asked where my food was (disabled person)

Well the sink doesn’t work in the restroom, so that’s a bad sign. Then the line at the register inside doesn’t move because the drive thru line is out the parking lot and they’re out of several menu items. Easy call to walk out and leave.
