My mom and I stopped by on Cinco de Mayo for the first time and the tacos and drinks were amazing! We just took a chance and said let’s check it out since it was close by. Plenty of seats available when we got there, but it filled up quickly. Our waitresses were friendly and the service was fast. Free tequila shots and t-shirts! My mom has been back a few times since then and I’m looking forward to returning soon. Definitely a hidden gem!

Very authentic Mexican food. Everything is fresh and delicious. Coming from Southern California (San Diego) we looked for a legit Mexican restaurant for awhile til we discovered Tacos La Patrona. Now this is what Mexican food should taste and look like. It’s like actually being across the border in Mexico. The staff and owner are very polite, friendly, and take time to help you with the menu if you can’t decide what you want to eat. The guacamole is fresh and made when ordered. Portions are big, so go with an appetite. The tacos are what I order the most because you just pick what you want and they all taste like you were at a Mexican restaurant in Mexico.

BEST PLACE FOR AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD!! ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! NACHOS WERE SO GOOD!! AND THE CHUNKY GUACAMOLE.. .. SOOO GOOD!! THE SALSA WAS THE BEST I’VE HAD IN YEARS!! IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN HERE?? .. Service from Maelie (Name was Jessica on receipt) was top notch. She really made our night on how attentive & sweet she was. She does it all! She made our drinks, took our orders, brought our food, and was very patient and nice. She even gave us some great recommendations. The Food was amazing,Steak was so tender wish the chicken was seasoned more but overall it was tasty. Great restaurant. Very clean and friendly environment. Great prices‼️We will be back.

I found this little gem. It is great authentic Mexican restaurant. The guacamole is like a party in your mouth with warm chips. They even have specialty drinks that they can make with Corona. They hce other options. The customer service is so awesome they even let me taste the guacamole while I waited for my food. Haven’t got my food yet but I’m excited. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Food is made to order.

I called two other Mexican restaurants before calling Tacos La Patrona; neither of them answered. But fortunately enough we definitely lucked up here! The woman who took my order was very warm & courteous. & the food was super tasty! I do feel like the tacos could’ve been a bit bigger. But since the overall experience was really pleasant they still get 5 stars from me!
