I ordered 5 blizzards and am really disappointed!! They were really busy, but that’s not an excuse for giving me blizzards with hardly any toppings in them! I got a large choco brownie extreme, but what you should call it is a chocolate vanilla twist ice cream without the cone!!! If I’m paying almost $30 I expect to have my toppings!!

Lol so I ordered a large cheesecake blizzard add graham cracker. After I Got it and as I was driving off I didnt taste any cheesecake and only like graham cracker so I started looking for some chunks and stirred thru and didn’t see any. So I return and tell them they they forgot to add the cheesecake and their very friendly and offer to replace it. Thank you. I pick up the next one and this one def taste like cheesecake but is more like a cheesecake smoothie. Everything was blended in. No chunks and not a consistency of a blizzard. They should of just gave me a straw. Well I gave up lol I tossed them both out and I won’t be coming back to this one.

Me and my kids went for lunch on Sunday afternoon. It wasn’t crowded at all and our food came out pretty quick. The guy that took our order and brought it to us was very friendly and efficient. One of our burgers was not the way we ordered, but we made do. The milkshakes were awesome, as always!

Arrived about 9:15 9/23. Asked a question about which blizzard to get (the seasonal cinnamon roll or pumpkin pie) and the young lady helping was very helpful, suggested a mix, which was awesome. She was working the front, the drive through and making orders as they were very short staffed, yet very upbeat and cheerful. Amazingly good service.

2 cars ahead of us in drive thru, took 10 minutes to get to the pick up window. The vehicle in front of us got 1tiny sack, so it wasn’t a big order. We ordered a shake and a blizzard. After I paid the girl gave me the shake, then turned her back to me and stood there for 5 minutes, then picked up the blizzard and handed to me, it had been sitting there all along. She should be fired. We were there at 8:30 pm on Dec 28th.

Ate here with my family of 5 on 26 June. I waited to see if corporate would respond to my complaint I’ve received no response. It took 35 minutes to get our food because they ran out of burgers. When the food came the fries were cold. My kids burgers were wrong and we were missing all our sauces and an order of fries and cheese curds. Not once did someone try to make it right nor did a supervisor come out. New to White House and we’ll never return here. Good job to the young man on the counter that had to put up with me.

The lady running the front, I believe her name was Desi, was absolutely incredible!! By far the best experience I have had in a fast food setting. She was so sweet and so fast at her job. Also she made sure everything was perfect for my kids too! Perfect example of what customer service looks like!! Great job DQ
