This is my 2nd visit, possibly my last. I brought 3 other people with me and got the same server. She’s definitely more concerned with what she can charge you for than her service. If you’re a small eater and share with another, you will be charged for anything extra, totally fine. If you have your own pot, you’re not supposed to be charged for more broth, but she didn’t uphold that. Overall the service was lacking, we looked for help several times & its mid day on Saturday, the place wasn’t half full. If I’m cooking, I expect better service. You pay for the experience and it wasn’t good enough to want to return. The food earned the most stars because the protein portion is a good size, but it costs $30 per person. I may try other hot pot places & recreate my own at home.

I came here a while back ago when they had the open buffet inside which is why I liked it so much. I wasn’t a fan this time around. The red soup base was too salty and it was a little pricey compared to what you get. I do like the porridge at the end though and the guy who helped us was great.

Definitely must try if you are in Buena Park. Decently priced for the quality of food. Lunch special prices are reasonable so thats a great time to come and try! Salad bar for veggies, tofu, and other condiments. You can ask for more broth as needed. Complimentary dessert is a plus. Our lunch lasted almost 2 hours and we left very satisfied. Clean condition and great customer service. I’m bringing my family here next time.

This place is so good. The vegetables and the meat between the seafood is so fresh. Service is excellent the place is very clean. Parking is plentiful in the parking structure. This is my second time here and definitely I would come here the third time as soon as I can. Please bring a coat or jacket because it’s cold in the restaurant.

Great hot pot place in the area. Came here last night with family when they opened at 5pm dinner service. All staffs are wearing face masks and gloves. They take temperature checks before entering the area and not buffet style like before. The server will bring you the ingredients on the multi-tiered platter. So good in this chilly weather!
