Walked inside to ask where the restroom was no one answered. Waited 10-15mins still no one. Walked out to my vehicle to find employees enjoying a smoke break on the side of the building w/no one inside the building. Pathetic, will be stopping at Sinclair from now on, when I’m going fishing.

I ordered two speciality pizzas online. I added extras. Payment was done online. I go and pickup my order. I didn’t look at the pizza till at home. The pizza were not cut as ordered nor did they have the extras I had ordered. Called Casey’s. Got told they ran out of pepperoni. I had to ask for a refund for what I had ordered. I was told they would call back with info on how to get my refund. Not impressed. Pizza wasn’t done in the middle either. Salem Casey’s is much better. I guess my expectations were to high.

We ordered a large Supreme pizza this evening for a fast supper. We were told about 30 mins. Our pizza was done timely and absolutely awesome tonight. I worked at the Licking Casey’s once and it was made exactly the way it should be. Thank you. I called and told them how pleased we were. I have had alot of no so good experiences there in the last year. But this was great.

Opens at 5 is a joke. Was there at 6 and the door was locked with an employee standing behind the register stocking cigarettes. Never stopping here again for food when going fishing.
