As usual the Crisfield McDonald’s is the worst run restaurant ever. This will be the last time I get ripped off. Today’s menu includes undercooked soggy cold fries, sandwiches that are cold, slapped together and partially wrapped. Leave room for dessert because the unfriendly, rude management and staff really top off the the meal. Shame on you Corporate McDonald’s for allowing this franchise to continue doing business.

Disgusted with how the standards of the McDonald’s went downhill. I’m surprised that they allow an employee with a history of credit card theft and fraud work the front counter of the restaurant in ocean city at 32nd street. That employee also showed racism towards me by refusing to wait on me but then took the orders of the caucasian people behind me. Guess it’s true that McDonald’s will hire anyone.

McDonalds. Just messed up my day!! I can’t have carbonation!!!!!!..and I didn’t notice they gave me coke!! And so then I’m sorry…. Absolutely ridiculous and now theft! Twice in two weeks I have been told the coffee machine is “broken” aka they are too lazy to clean it. I placed an order on the app this morning and this time they did not change the price and charged for me items I did not buy! Something will be done about this.

The absolute worse run McDonald’s franchise..im done giving Baxter my money…if they cannot improve the quality of the customer experience I can take my money elsewhere..orderd pick up..had to go to the lobby door which was locked..I was told to wait at the door..guy proceeded to sit back down and get on his phone…I had to call the restaurant and then was told I needed to go through the drive threw..

Very disappointed in the way our local store is operated. Dishonest management, unprofessional team leaders and overall cleanliness and organization is poor as well as lack of proper training! I wish I could be QA for this Company …..a lot of violations would be given out!! 1 star is really a press!!!!
