I’ve only been here twice and the food has been decent both times. However, the dining room this last time was filthy! This place is so poorly cleaned, there are cob webs in the lobby, so who knows how the rest of the place is cleaned. There were crumbs all over tables and the floor. The counter at the front looked like it had a gross film on it. I took some photos but the photo doesn’t show it as well as you would see it in person. The condiment section by the drink dispensers looked grimey. The tea machine had extremely watered-down tea as well. I felt gross being here, especially after my kid pointed out (and I watched) the lady in the back was leveling out fries in the frier basket WITH HER BARE HAND! This was today. We won’t be returning to this store. We’ll drive across town or visit a different restaurant.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting boneless wings at this location! Every single time we order boneless it’s always a disappointment . They are dry extremely small like they overcooked it so there was no chicken left but the batter!! My husband was very upset at his order like come on wingstop do better! How is a grown man going to eat a kids pinky sized wing meal. Also there was no sauce on the wings or tenders as it said and looked on your poster! I paid $25 for these two little meals definitely not worth it!!

Got home from a long day at work craving some wings. We decided to order through door dash as we have done before. food arrived fairly quickly, but when i opened my wings, there was a long hair imbedded into the chicken! checked to make sure it didn’t fall off of me…. no. it was IN the chicken. now my partner and i could not enjoy our dinner. we looked through some more of the wings to check if it was just the one…. no again. another wing with hair. kept digging. found a FEATHER in the wing ! when we called to let them know, no refund offered. they said we could come right now and get a remake of the 10 wings. who would want to risk that again ??? not even that, it was 9:42 when we were offered a remake. they close at 10 and we doordashed for a reason not wanting to go out again after work. very disappointed in this entire situation.

Any time I have been here it has been great. Food, service, staff, the store. I have seeing the GM in action and she is amazing taking care of all the customers and employees. Also handling any and all communication when something might be wrong or when something is needed. Great company and employees.

I’ve never been to wing stop before but my bf suggested going so we went. First off they are extremely over priced. We got the 30 boneless wings that came with an order of fries and it was $47. We were dining in and were the only people in the restaurant. Every single table was dirty and sticky (not exaggerating) we had to ask them to clean a table and it was still sticky, . We had to lay paper towels doen in front of us while we ate because our arms were sticking to the table. The wings were not even warm it was like they sat forever. The fries were fresh but we ordered the lemon pepper fries and they were just regular fries. Overall, it was not very good. Buy some frozen wings and eat them at home.

Service was awful. They were way behind. Nobody was in a hurry of course! Got my order home. They had missed an item. After waiting on the phone for a manager. The same guy got on and told me there was nothing I could do except drive another 15 minutes back for the rest of my order. Love their wings for the price, but not worth the stress and frustration of bad service!

I went in after work to meet my wife and kid yesterday 5/11/23. I thought my order was taking a bit longer than usual which was no big deal, until I realized there was only one girl working there. ONE. I was so impressed!! There was a table of 3 waiting before I arrived, and then it got worse with more and more people coming in the door. This girl stayed professional and courteous the entire time, even apologizing to the people waiting. She was a 1 person army! I didn’t get a chance to ask her name cause she was obviously super busy, but that girl deserves a FAT raise, that’s for sure!

At best nothing more than a cheap fast food place. Wings were dry and not very well flavored. I’ve had better wings from little Caesar’s. No trash cans in the lobby. Do they expect you to take your trash with you?
