Walked in to order pizza, waited 30 min with no other new customers, and they still hadn’t started making my pizza’s. Customer in store should always take priority over making pick up pizza, especially when no one is showing up to pick them up I don’t care if Uber Eats has orders! They’re not here, it takes less than 5 min to make a pizza to go for the paying customer in front of you. It’s a trend I’ve been noticing, good way to lose my business!!

The staff is clueless. Ordered online. Scheduled for 7:25. It’s now 7:55 and they are just starting on it. This is ridiculous! Seriously. Staff doesn’t know how to interact with customers. They literally looked like the three stooges running around in circles not getting anything done. They didn’t even put the pizza together very well because they were so rushed. Either there was no manager there or staff hasn’t been trained in customer service. Got out of there at 8:00pm. 35 minute wait for an order I was supposed to be able to run in and pick up because I ordered prior to going in.

I ordered on line and gave them a hour to get my pizza ready. I watched five different people come in and ordered a pizza and walked out with their pizza and I had to continue waiting. I waited forty minutes for two pizzas. I won’t be back to this location. Very poor service and training is Definitely an issue.

So amid the virus craziness I just had what is the most time wasting illogical incident of my life. They refused to do a call in order. All orders must be placed online. I still have to go into the store to get the pizza and pay taking the same amount of time and contact with people so what is the difference? I understand using the virus to better standards. I understand if companies change how business is done but if you are in a contact business and you refuse contact you need to just close not curtail the market place to absurd rules that change nothing. If it wasn’t a family order for other we wouldn’t have gone here and I definitely won’t again
