The guy who answered the phone was the most polite person. The driver was also very nice. The pizza was awesome! We had a gluten free pizza and a regular crust blt pizza. Both were well cooked and still very warm when they arrived.

Rude and overworked. I’m delivery, came in and spoke. Didn’t even give me chance to say who I am before he told me to wait. I waited for about 10 mins before I had to speak up and firmly tell him who I was. Once the older guy looked up, he handed me the order that already was on self and ready. Normally I get great service from the food and drivers but every time I call in they have been incredibly rude towards if there is a way to save multiple addresses I will be glad to do so but I do not appreciate getting lip over ordering from a different address

I ordered online and it gave me an estimate of when it would be ready. I got there a little early and when I say it was hot and ready!! The guy there also didn’t let me forget my pop; heck he reminded me!! I got home and it taste just how it looks, DELICIOUS! Will definitely be returning!! Great job guys!!

Had a taste for a cheesesteak hoagie , I ordered from here once before the sandwich was so good only thing was they toasted my bread a little too long but it was still very good and my fries ! Absolutely terrible customer service. Been ordering my father Dinner and having it delivered to his residence for a long time from this place. I drive otr and am out of town. my dad is on a fixed income. They refused to deliver to my father today because I would not be present with my debit card and ID. No worries, Happys Pizza picked up your slack and will be my new go to from here on out.

The washtenaw Ave location is closed on Tuesdays. I happened to want a pizza delivered on Tuesday so I order from this one, the guy on the phone (I think his name was gus) said that my address is in washtenaws jurisdiction, but washtenaw is closed. The drive from my house to this location is about 6 mins, they can’t drive 6 mins on a Tuesday? Not to mention the lady at the store when I picked up had a horrible attitude. Atleast the pizza was hot and done when we got there.
