Very disrespectful they wouldn’t let me order my kids food. My mom was in the car with me she placed her order first then when I wanted to place a second order I was told I could not, then the manager caught a attitude cause it didn’t make sense to me & as I explained to her and the workers it’s 4 cars behind me what’s the difference from me having a second order. It wasn’t near closing time so they had time to make it. Just being lazy cause it was only 830 pm. I will never go there again because how outrageous do you gotta be to tell a mom of 3 that she can’t order food for her kids cause they don’t wanna take a second order. Injustice!!!!!!

They should close this place!!! I contacted the corporate office about a week ago. They must operate out of China or somewhere. The two times that i called i was unable to get anyone that could even speak fluid “English” On top of completing my complaint about this sorry place in Hamlet NC. They were suppose to call me back in reference to my experience that I had during my visit.

Beware, Poor Customer Service!! We went for ice cream and was told there wasn’t any ice cream available after sitting in line about 20 minutes. After ordering a burger, we pulled to the window and saw that the car ahead of us had in fact received 2 large blizzards. We asked how did they get ice cream? We were told that it was fixed with the other ice cream machine! Really???? I then called back to speak with the manager and he claimed that the worker shouldn’t have told us that and the next time we came, we could get all the ice cream we wanted! I will be formally complaining about them both to the regional manager 1st thing tomorrow! I was always told if you lie, you cheat and steal! There’s no telling what is going on at that establishment!!!

Weekend kid workers are a joke. Do not deserve their employment. I went there this evening. There was about ten of them behind the counter in the kitchen. Some of which walked into the restaurant from outside and walked past me. They are a d… joke. Need to hire people who care to work there job rather than talking and laughing around so much. The first manager that was for this d.q. when it opened up needs to come back. Was a really great restaurant then.
