As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Stopped in the drive-thru to get get a quick coke and fries on the way to somewhere else. ! The staff said they were out of coke. How does that happened. Ordered a med fry and a sprite. Took a long time to get to the window with only one car ahead of me. The staff seemed like they needed some kind of pick me up, ‘cause there was for sure no hurry at all. Usually a quick in and out, but not this time. I drove away and checked my bag – I had a med fry and a single bacon cheeseburger plus my sprite. No complaint, but I wondered who got shorted a burger, probably the guy standing at the walk up window. Food was good, as expected.

I give them 5 stars!! I go there almost everyday at lunch time. Yes they are always busy and even with the two of them that were working there they got the orders out as fast as they could, the food was hot and fresh, the service is always great and they’re super friendly, no matter how busy they are they always have time to make sure every.order they hand out is correct. I give the lunch crew 10 stars just for showing up to work and killing it during the busiest times with a smile on their face! Thx Rally’s in Jasper day shift you guys rock!!

Dog biscuits… taste better than the chicken strips here. I received 3 of the hardest dry old and cold chicken dog biscuits. So bad I brought them back and demanded a different item. They gave me a burger and were polite and apologized. I will not be returning to this location.

Broken menu board had to repeat order a few times the staff was openly hateful saying i can’t they ordered such a big order we ordered two combo meals and a meal for our daughter we had never been and wanted to try it seriously would never go back and the food didn’t make up for the service also no gloves used when dropping food into the fryer
