Yes we have been using chicken express for 4 months for our food for our monthly c singings every thing was great until this month when I went to pick up the chicken i was charged Over 55.00 more than the other times the lady would not listen to me as I spoke to her and said the other man that helped me before didn’t no what he was doing I told her that we would not be back anymore and she said I Don’t Care and walked off they never tried to help me load the large order be careful of this Chicken Express I will contact the district Manager Monday

This place is horrible, will never eat here again , the employees rude , they gave me cold nasty food , got hung up on and when I tried calling back they never answer the phone ., I was waiting for someone to come to the window and they was just all in the middle talking they seen me outside waiting and walked towards the middle was was just talking , I had to honk for them to come to the window and they had attitudes. The food is good and we love eating their rolls and fries. My issue is every time I have ordered, there has been at least 1 item missing. I am about to not order from here anymore due to this alone. On top of that, when I call or go there to explain I am shorted, I get a nasty attitude from them. CUSTOMER SERVICE guys. If you can’t provide customer service, then maybe you should not work that type of job. Even the receipt is clear as to my order.

Placed a to go order and unfortunately I didn’t do their job and double check. Get home and I’m missing an item. Go back to the restaurant and the doors are locked at 7:11 PM. I asked why the doors are locked and she told me they close at 8:00. Next time I’ll go next door to Golden Chick.
