Worst Restaurant experience of my whole life!! I would give -stars if I could. Ordered a smokehouse brisket and it had no onion straws or mayo or bacon, only had 2 slices of brisket and was drowned in BBQ sauce!! Fries were half empty. Definitely not with the price. Beef and cheddar had mayo on it for some reason. Staff was super slow and rude when asked to remake my hubby’s sandwich. 4 people came in after me and all got their food before us. I will never return here.

I was already frustrated after waited in line at 2 other restaurants and settled for Arby’s because there was a short line. I ordered a Classic Roast Beef, Crinkle Fries and Cherry Turnerover. I got back to work and opened my sandwich. They had given me a nasty beef and cheddar which I could not eat. I do not like those onion buns…..don’t even like to smell them. My turnerover was flat, looked raw and was as cold as a brick. Heating it, it didn’t help. Needless to say, I trashed my $12.00 lunch!
