The Spicy shrimp ramen is just great and it makes me want to come back. Everything was spot on and the service was great and friendly. The Black garlic chintan Was great for any vegetarian out there. Few get the five star. The calamari was impressively tasty. Cooked to perfection.

Six of us came here on a Friday evening about 5:30 PM. Five of us got ramen and I got chicken katzu. Everything tasted good. Portion sizes were on the smaller size, but adequate.

Ramen & more! Big fan of their Tako salad with crispy, fried Octopus tentacles, arugula, local micro greens and house white sesame lime dressing. The bright reddish-orange, curried Khao Soi noodles also packed a chili-forward, spicy punch!

This has to be some of the best ramen we’ve ever had. We ordered the black garlic ramen, extra hot. The noodles were perfectly bouncy, the broth was super flavorful and all the toppings perfectly complemented the bowl.

This is, in my opinion, the best Ramen place in town. The staff is always friendly and on top of things. And the food is so delicious. The Black Garlic is my favorite. It’s a great place for take-out if you’re in a rush. Food is made fresh but also quickly. The atmosphere is very relaxed, making dining in very enjoyable.

Great ramen shop! Noodle texture is excellent and broth was really good too. I had the Shoyu to keep traditional and found it great. Recommend adding some spice if you can handle. GF had the Tom Kha and that was good and different from usual ramen offerings.

Hubby ordered ramen and I had khao soi. We both enjoyed our meals, excellent broth, delicious noodles, right amount of spice (mild for me and medium for him). In future, I would order tofu instead of chicken. The chicken had a bit of a processed taste (like frozen grilled chicken slices) that had been simply tossed into an otherwise perfect bowl of noodles, veggies and broth. In sum, would come back but skip the chicken. Thai iced tea was good.

Service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant provided an authentic atmosphere, immersing me in the world of Japanese cuisine. The highlight was the extensive selection of Sake, complementing my delicious and unforgettable bowl of black garlic Chintan Ramen. Highly recommended!
