We would often drive to Lebanon just for Culver’s because it really is pretty good. First couple of times we visited here in Frankfort, something was always wrong. Gave them some time to get things in order. Now a couple months later & can’t say any better at all. We did receive all of our order this time but quality is far lower than any other Culver’s ever visited. The driest patties for our “butter burgers” & EXTRA grilled onions was one very small ring. No bananas for the custard, which was already melting & soupy by the time we received it. I wish this was a better review but by now things should be done correctly. Please serve something you would want to eat yourself, especially for the price paid.

Noah the cashier was one amazing guy! He went beyond his way to make sure the order & the goods were prepared right. Just how I like it. Food is decent I guess been here twice. Food wasn’t great the first time, typical fast food, but figured I would go for ice cream. The second time will be the last time. Had me pull up and waited for 40 minutes for a malt and a cement mixer to be brought out. Multiple people in the drive through getting bags of food and drinks. The drive through cleared out twice. I called and told them I had been waiting forever and they bring out essentially ice cream soup. So it was sitting there the entire time. No refund or remade it instead of giving us completely liquid ice cream. Waste of time and money. Won’t be back I’ll go to DQ or Milky Way.

Love, love, LOVE CULVER’S. Loved the one in brownsburg and now the one in Frankfort, IN. No way is there anything better in this town; so thankful it’s local! Cheese curds and a butter burger is always my go-to and they never disappoint! Always highly satisfied. (Occasionally have to wait 10 minutes, but that’s due to getting a good quality burger- unlike McDonalds, BK, or Wendy’s) and also understanding to busy times versus workers.

Went to Culver’s last night just for some ice cream and went through the drive thru. We were trying to order ice cream and the girl on the speaker said “oh my god” when trying to take our order. Not sure if she realized her headset mic was on or not, but that was really rude. We told her if it’s such an issue then not to worry about it and we left. Will take our money somewhere else in the future.

I’ve enjoyed Culver’s in Lafayette IN for many years. I was excited about this restaurant coming to my town!! Unfortunately, each time we have purchased Butter Burgers doubles, they have been burned beyond edible. Normally, your Burgers don’t CRUNCH ! Also, the bun wasn’t grilled and broke apart with the first bite. This is 6 burned doubles, and frankly, the Last time we will visit this location.

I went to the drive thru. One car was already pulled and parked. But no cars in front of me or at the 2nd speaker ordering. I ordered 2 dishes of ice cream. They pulled me with a number. After a very lengthy time I flagged a worker down that had brought food and drinks to 5 cars that were behind me. As well as the car in front of me. She went and looked for my order and then brought it to me and said it had just been sitting there. She had seen it and wondered why no one brought it to me yet!
