So love happy joes but just be careful when ordering the salads. Check your lettuce. I got a delivery for a salad and some apps and I flipped the salad over and every piece of lettuce was brown and slimy. Some were furry from mold. The lady said when she was putting it together she was wondering if she should change the lettuce but sent it anyway. They refunded me my money and brought me a new one with fresh lettuce. Just be careful.

So I do love Happy Joe’s taco favorite anywhere. But price is high so I and ñ save it ASAP treat. I received a coupon in the mail for my birthday for $10 off so yep i was hungry for it then. Took my family to eat out. Ordered taco of course, they also ordered happy Joe’s special and the chicken bacon ranch. Ordered onion rings and garlic bread with cheese. Onion rings came out first and was a tower. Tasted great. Then all the pizzas came out. No garlic bread. Waitress came back indicating only 2 order put in and put two more on. So you can see on the toast where one cheese looks tossed and plopped on and you can also see the difference on the two new ones versus the other two you can see sat. But the waitress came out with the bread indicating already added a credit for 50 off the bread.

First time at Happy Joe’s. I had a deep dish veggie pizza. It was awesome! The other ladies looked like they ordered the same thing: crunchy taco pizza with sauerkraut. It wasn’t very busy, but it was Saturday between 4 and 5 pm. I would come here again.

I am so disappointed in food from here lately. I had to call in my order to be able to use a coupon for a free Little Joe, and lost my reward points. I ordered boneless wings, figuring I have not had them from here before. Never again!! The biggest piece MIGHT have been 2″ long. 8 small pieces with small side of ranch for 9.49?!? I expected so much better from Happy Joe’s! Drivers are always great,that is only reason I gave it a 3 star. I get that prices have gone up, but I would not have paid more than 5-6.00 for this small of an order. Shame on you guys! Joe would have not been happy about what has been done with his hard work of building a great rep for great foo, service and family atmosphere. Time for me to go back to Uncle Bill’s.

My husband and I went to the Happy Joe’s on locust st in Davenport Iowa. We went for the buffet the pizza tasted like it sat out for hours. We asked if we could get to fresh pizza’s out. She wasent very happy with us asking. She came back out about 5 minutes later with 2 small pizzas that we asked for. The were not cooked all the way. Tasted like frozen pizza , heated up. I am so disappointed in that location, service and the food. I said the the waitress, cashier about the food and she blamed it on the oven and not sure what was wrong. I told her maybe it was the cook.She then proceeded to take our money from us for a couple of bites of 2 pieces of pizza that was absolutely terrible. Was the worst 25 dollars I have ever spend. Disappointed because I am a Happy Joe’s person, and has always loved there pizza, wont be back..

On hold over 10 minutes to order a pizza, rude customer service. They forget my sauce every single time I ask for extra taco joe sauce. They have became over priced and not as good as they used to be.

The food is very good at this location. There is a nice variety and it is well prepared. Besides that, the staff are friendly and attentive. This is not true of all the Happy Joe’s locations but this is the one I use as my go-to with no worries about a negative experience!
