Arrived at this location inside of Fred Meyer to pickup my mobile order and had to wait 30min and still walk out without my order. This location only had 1 barista and was tremendously overwhelmed and inexperienced. Would have been nice to just cancel my order and go across the street to another location. Ended up going across the street and informed them of the issue I had and they kindly made my order without an additional charge.

I have been here twice on a Sunday. Although hours say it’s open until 7pm on Sunday, I’ve been told both times that they are closed BEFORE 7pm. The first time I arrived at 6pm and the second time it was only 4:15pm! I don’t know why it’s closed early when the hours say 7pm! It’s been the same barista too, so not sure if that has anything to do with it. I am upset about it.

This Starbucks is inside Fred Meyer. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are top notch. I go here on a daily basis and have never had a complaint. The girls there are always smiling and remember your drinks if you are a regular. The only thing that could make this location even better is for the employees to be able to accept tips. Being owned by Fred Meyer stops them from accepting tips which are well deserved.

I come to this Starbucks several days a week and they are so consistently friendly and efficient as they can be with so much foot traffic as well as a busy drive through. Nice big space to sit and work on my laptop. Very chilly AC which is so great in the summer. These baristas work hard and deserve a shout out!

Good service and convenient as it’s connected to Fred Meyer. However, they really need to do something about the flies. I told my fiance about the previous time we went here and flies were flying on top of their overhead menu display. He said it was just a one time incident. We went there last weekend and the same thing happened. Nevertheless we decided to sit and a fly started flying around him and another diner. It will probably be the last time I will go here.

One woman with dark hair was working alone and wouldn’t smile or look pleased what so ever. I understand bad days but I do not understand rude and brain dead. Starbucks is a fun outgoing community but instead it was depressive and judge mental by the eyes of a barista. Totally disrespectful and didn’t even call out for the drink but rather let it sit there until we went up to ask for it. Absoloutely ridiculous.
