Absolutely mouth watering. The noodles were amazing, and the broth was very savory. The rice cup was also sooo good, i added some of the broth into the cup and mixed it around. Straight 10/10. The interior of the restaurant was decorated with quality murals, as well as the bathroom. Props to the artist, their work is really nice. It was clean, not too hot but a bit small so we ate outside. Which was really nice since they have a patio with shaded tables. Don’t think twice about visiting this establishment or you’ll be missing out!

My gf & I were a little hesitant on trying this place because of the 3.5/5 stars. Read some reviews before going in and has quite a few negatives. But, we decided to try it. We were the only ones in here and service was not bad. Atmosphere is cool with cool modern hip artwork of you’re into that style. With modern hip hop music playing as well which I’m not a fan of. Regardless of that, we both ordered the miso bowl with pork. I got super spicy and my gf got medium. We also ordered edamame and 2 sprites. Toppings on the miso are extra so we got egg, corn and bamboo shoots. Total was $55 . Food came to us at about 5-10 min. To be honest it was quite good! I got the super spicy and it was a perfect spice for me since I like really spicy foods. The pork was very good too with perfect fat and meat ratio. I like this place and would possibly return back again. I’d give this place a shot and ignore the negatives. I’d give this place a “B”

Food was alright, but service was not. You order your food at the door and then seat yourself. The hostess told me they ran out of rice, but was filling a bunch of pickup orders for fried rice throughout the time I was there. They didn’t offer any water, and the only actual service I got was them bringing my ramen out. Really impersonal experience, and the food was only alright. I’d try it again but if the service is the same I can’t see myself wanting to continue coming here

The ramen has a good flavor but I did not care for the fact that the traditional toppings were extra: egg, Nori, bean sprouts etc. The Tonkotsu Ramen came with a choice of protein (I chose pork, had a nice char and was tender), green onions and mushroom; I added on the egg. Their fountain drinks were unique, the root beer was good. The artwork inside the restaurant is cool. It’s nice to have a ramen spot in Redlands but it could prove to be pricey if you want a bowl of ramen with all of the fixings.

I ordered the Tori bowl. Added an extra order of noodles and egg. If you are really hungry, order extra. The noodles were great as the chicken pieces. However, the egg is marinated in soy. It gave the dish a sweet taste which I did not prefer. (Can you order plain egg?)

i love this place so much!! i have not stopped coming since i first came! i understand people’s issues with the murals and how loud the music is but honestly none of it takes away from how fantastic the food is. there’s out door seating that’s shaded so you don’t HAVE to be inside. i’m someone that honestly likes what people would consider a bland ramen since i really just like the noodles, broth, protein, and green onions so having the option to not have anything extra is really nice!

I went to this location on a Monday with a coworker for lunch and we found plenty of seating inside and out. The outside patio was well shaded by trees and umbrellas. The inside was a bit loud with music so the outside option was perfect.

For the price, it’s garbage. Fried rice is hard and dry. Flavor less miso. Flys flying around! No A/C it’s 83° in here. Will not be returning.

The ramen was definitely a bit overpriced and the space was small, it was pretty crowded when we were there but the ramen was pretty alright, there was something off about the broth and it was definitely missing something. I’m not sure if it’s the best ramen in California but you can definitely do worse!

Love the food it was delicious and looked very cool for a ramen dish. Took 5 min and our food was ready. Restaurant has limited seating inside so I recommend eating outside on a nice day. Cola drinks were different and tasty as well. I could care less about the music being a bit loud though. Lastly the staff was super friendly and helpful with Menu items and recommendations and were patient as well being my first time.
