The server (an older lady) was very rude and an unprofessional. She spent more time socializing with other co workers and completely ignored us! Would definitely not recommend this location to anyone. The service and food are much better at the Barlows HyVee.

Bad Sushi. $20 “platter” that says it will feed two doesn’t even come with the amount of sushi in one normal roll anywhere else. Really bad deal, not very tasty, and took an hour for them to bring it out. Just awful. I guess what would you expect from grocery store sushi, but I had higher hopes, and I’m usually really easy to keep happy. I left with a really bad taste in my mouth, and it wasn’t just the dry tiny late sushi.

So far I have no complaints. Most of the servers and bartenders here are mostly friendly. Every once in a while you will have to deal with a server who is stuck up for some strange reason but most of my experiences here have been pretty good. I do like the food, its quality and fresh. Drinks are also good and prices are not bad at all.

It was my first time here today. the restaurant is very beautiful, so my boyfriend and I were excited to try it. It took 10 minutes for us to get seated and another 10 for our waters and menus to be delivered, despite only 3 or 4 other tables besides ours. We contiplated leaving, but we were offered a discount. The food was good, so that was a positive. The waitress was sweet, as well. After getting the bill, we noticed that the discount was not applied, so we kindly made mention of it. After getting the new bill, it was only a discount of slightly over a dollar, which was disappointing. When we were finishing up, we heard the manager rudly and unprofessionally talking to the waitress about getting people out of the restaurant quicker. Overall, this was not a great experience.

Went in for the first time with my girlfriend, we had no clue what to expect so when we walked through those doors we were very surprised to see a wall of some nice looking wines to a very clean restaurant (with a bar) and a modern design. When it came to the food I was blown away at the quality and flavor of the burger I got. The fries thankfully were not dripping with grease to cause you to constantly wiper your hands. Last but not least our sever Ralph. It has been a long time since I have received a classy polite man as my server. Was not medicore and constantly asking me how my food was, he was always very professional and overall made our experience fantastic. Will be back.

This was my first real time in Rochester. Honestly the environment of this restaurant is great. The food was really good too. The server was friendly, social and got the order accurate. The wait time once food was ordered wasn’t very good. It was at least 45+ minutes. I would still come back, but probably wouldn’t be a first choice for me based on the wait time. 8/3/19 was visit date.
