I’ve only had great service, food, and prices here! Clean and nostalgic environment. We keep giving other local restaurants a second chance, but we always end up back at Mary’s! My latest meal was the pancake sandwich. There is egg and ham in between pancake slices. I requested chocolate chips in my pancakes. It was like a sweet and salty treat! My husband has a hard time finding Country Fried Steak & Eggs, but Mary’s has that too! And it’s good!

Everything from start to finish was amazing! Our server, Lisa I believe, was pleasant polite and prompt! The food was very good as well and the whole decor was fun to look at! Definitely recommend! We’re just passing through but totally worth coming back to Ohio for!

Waitress was very attentive and food came out at a good temperature. But sorry to say the food was very bland. Meals purchased were chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, gravy and salad; meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy and salad. My husband felt the meatloaf tasted as though it was something frozen and reheated.

We were forced to eat at Mary’s because our local small diner was closed. The prices were high and the portions small. The server was excellent and kept our coffee filled and the food came quickly. Had a cheese omelet,hash browns and toast. Hubs had the Mary’s Mess.

Nothing special, pretty pricey. Food was edible. Place was clean. Waited 30 minutes for two orders of tenders and fries, after waiting 5 to be seated. Waitress was very nice. Drinks came fast.

I have gone to the Geneva location of Mary’s Diner many times over many years, but this is the first time I’ve gone to the new Madison location. It is pretty much identical to the Geneva location, which is a good thing. Our server was fantastic and she was so nice and sunny she made us feel as though we were welcome and she genuinely wanted to help us and wanted us to come back. I had my favorite to pot roast melt, with sweet potato fries, and as usual it was very good.
