Great food I thought been eating Snappys for a really long time and I ordered my family calzones and they were really thick and had a lot of dough and were cooked for too long and extremely greasy, the boxes they came in were falling apart. I was also told by the individual who answered the phone said I cant tell you how long cause were really busy. Okay sure. I’ll wait 2 or three hours for my pizza etc.

I had just called to complain about one of their delivery drivers I met on a two lane highway that was playing on their phone and almost hit me head on because they were 4 feet or more in my lane as we were about to meet. I had to lay on the horn at which time they quickly jerked their steering wheel and got back into their lane just in time!

Terrible customer service. They forgot half my stuff . I was told it would be 2 hours before they could come back. I told them it was unacceptable that I had to work and was not waiting Tull 930 at night to eat because I had to work the next day. The girl was extremely rude told me that others came first. I already Paid and asked for the rest of my order asap. She said tough and hung up. Extremely horrible attitude. Never again owenton snappy.

I asked for my Italian combo to be toasted when ordering. I checked it before paying and it was not toasted. When the employee running the register asked “Sarah” who seemed to be in charge if they could toast it she didn’t say anything at first then finally said well they could, but it would be with all the toppings on it and they would get all soggy. Sarah was very hateful and rude. I told them to keep it along with the loaded potato wedges I ordered.

Kept calling to place a delivery order called 4 times they either let it ring or picked up and hung up on me. Then 5th time they answered and automatically put me on hold for over 10 minutes. Then when finally got on there the lady taking order ask what I wanted ?i said to place a delivery order and she littereally huffed and puffed about it. I ask her if there was a problem with me ordering she said NO really rude and was rude the whole call. Then said well we are really busy with a tone that she hated her life and said its going to be over an hour. I was not happy. If someone hates there job that much dont work there.

I understand the virus has everyone ordering delivery. I called at 12 to place an order. Its 130 now. I called to just cancel so I can feed the kids Im watching so they aren’t crying anymore and the rude lady hung up on me mid sentence. Ive ordered here multiple times and tip very well. Will not order again. Not friendly at all.
