The people were awkward but still nice. My issue was that the food was VERY poorly packaged, cold, not put in the right places, etc. It sounds like an exaggeration but unfortunately it isn’t, the food was that bad. It was a rush time for them so I get it, but that doesn’t mean the quality needs to decrease for speed.

Brand new, dirty bathrooms, tables, floors, & entrance. Too busy to clean? I was the only one there in the morning; at 8:25 ordered a steak quesadillailla- found out 4 hours away, bacon, cheese & EGG! I returned on the way home 12 hours later to reorder steak ques, no change in cleaning. I got a great steak Q!

Went in because we had a trailer and wouldn’t fit in drive thru. I wanted the cheesy taco and was told we don’t have that. Ordered on the kiosk after figuring what we all wanted and after 5 minutes they gave us our drinks. Another couple came in to order their food and ours still wasn’t up yet. Husband took drinks out to waiting family and seen truck in drive thru. I saw truck leave drive thru and we still had no food. Employee said I know I’m making your food now and we had already been there about 15 minutes so far. Another person came to order and all three of us ended up getting orders at the same time, well after they took care of everyone in the drive thru first. So disappointed as there isn’t many choices for fast food in minocqua to begin with on that stretch of road

I ordered online pick up through drive through. They never got the order. Fine I’ll just cancel and order threw the drive threw with you I told the lady all good. I start to order.. oh I’m sorry sir thats only available threw the mobile app. I then ask for a manager sorry there nothing our manager could do to help… so I order pick up in store they got that just fine. I get home and the whole order isn’t even there. I’m disgusted at the hole experience

Just stopped for a quick dinner. Food was good, but the eating area was a mess. We and other customers had to clean our own tables, floors were littered with food and trash all while the workers were conversing with each other in the back.

Went there to put an order to drive-through for 2 burritos no red strip not only did they put them on there but everytime we go in their employees are wearing jeans touching there phones and pulling up there pants and touching multiple surfaces and not changing gloves pretty sure know pass the safe service here on top of that you can never tell how is the M.I.C this place is a poor excuse for a y.u.m. brand place get it together
