I ordered 2 meals and fill up box. Everything in the box was completely inedible. One back piece, wing and leg that were completely dried out. Hard biscuits. Old and overcooked fries and burnt nuggets. Sauces were completely missing. Never again. 45 dollars to then have to get a completely separate dinner when I got home.

Instead of a fresh 8 piece bucket they must have reheated the pieces because they were burnt on the outside and cool on the inside, Mac and cheese was cold, mashed potatoes cool and lumpy. Cole slaw was good but biscuits were cold. Was the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. What a waste of money, don’t order when you are hungry. At least door dash was free is the good thing I have to say, I called them and only get answering machine. What a way to run a business.

Extremely fast service, friendliest customer service ever, Stephanie was so nice an happy an uplifting. Her smile our family needed today, food was great. Highly recommend if in the area this KFC location. This store an staff member should be an excellent example to other stores!! Parking lot was ever clean, trash cans was empty, their are on top of it! A+++

Horrendous service. Had to download this, join that….., leave the drive-thru,….., walk inside(no air-103°), kids got warm applesauce, warm juice box, burnt chicken nuggets, Barbecue sauce ONLY, as dipping flavor, scratching head workers, no gloved servers, “app.” didn’t work, paid regular prices for everything……, bathroom out of order,…., two of four orders incomplete.., two orders wrong……., should have stayed in St. Louis! Help!!

The food was hard and dried out, coleslaw didn’t taste good, fries were not good . We called the Manger wanted use to bring our food back in and we told her we left town and won’t be back until later she said just bring it in then it would of start smelling bad she was also very rude on the phone and I will not be coming back to Litchfield il KFC again.

Went through the drive thru. No vehicles ahead of me. Waited at the speaker for 3 minutes before someone answered me. Pulled around and paid. They handed me my receipt. Told me to pull forward where I then waited no less than 10 minutes for food that wasnt right. I received the wrong sides and no sauces or plastic ware to eat my food.

Drive through was very busy and the way the chicken warmer is set up you can’t see the counter so it took It took them a few minutes to see that we were standing there but once they did the service was great and the chicken was good
