Our waitress was stress out and you could see it in her face. She apologized to my wife but told her they was under staffed. No one wants to work. My wife calmed her down as she (the waitress) was upset and teared up. We gave her a $10 tip and tried to encourage her and let her know that things will get better.

We did an online order in Tiffin recently and when we went to pick it up at the drive thru window, no one came for about 10 mins. When she finally came to the window she told us the food wasn’t ready and that we should pull over and they would bring it out as soon as it was done. At this point it had been 30 mins since we placed the order and it was only supposed to take @20 mins. We watched 3 other cars come and go with their food while we waited. I finally had to go in after 20 mins of waiting to get our food because they forgot about us sitting out there. Food was hard, gross, and cold.

I love the food and all. But their dining room closes at 8, yet they don’t say that online nor when you call. I wasted a whole trip here because an employee told me their dining room was open at 10. Ruined my day. Thanks a lot: get better workers or at least inform them.

Went with friends all of us ordered personal pan pizzas, barely any sauce on the pizzas, one of the pizzas had a topping that wasn’t ordered and my pizza was under cooked. Will not be going back.

I called in to place an order. The manager that picked up the phone was very rude, cut me off when I questioned why the upgrade to cheese bread in the big box dinner was a little over $3 more instead of the $1 more like online, and was just plain out a *itch. I order from here regularly and have never had a experience like this before. I honestly don’t believe that I will be ordering from here for a while. I’d rather spent my $50 else where were I know I’ll receive good customer service. Oh and I never did receive an answer to my question.
