I understand that what you get rarely, if ever looks like the picture but this was ridiculous. Definitely not worth the $3 I paid. I really wanted to like these bust the breakfast tacos barely had anything in them. They were more tortilla shell than anything else. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Do NOT go here if you value your time. Going to the DMV is a faster experience. I get that it gets really busy but sometimes they’ll take 5 minutes per car or more. You could sit there for 40 minutes and still not get your food. Not a “fast” experience which is the whole point of “fast-food.”

My dirty chai latte had no espresso shot(you can tell when have a shot added or not),and it wasn’t even filled, and my bacon egg and cheese croissant had no cheese and basically burnt…I didn’t want to try buuut I was hungry, and it just crumbled everywhere on my and just too extra crispy and burnt for me. And they almost forgot my sandwich, which tbh wasn’t much of a sandwich. I’m pretty devastated! Just sad and for the holiday times knowingly I came when slow, no one in front or me and very few cars in the parking lot…so what is it like when they’re all rushing?!

This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Not only are they out of everything when I come to order, but they don’t take pride in their job! I just received the last couple donuts I will order from this place. They gave me my donuts on top of each other. I had to pull them apart and the frosting on both donuts became a mess. They were not individually wrapped like they should have been. This is pathetic. I will never come back here.

The lady at the drive through was extremely rude and condescending. One drink took them 10 mins to make despite not being busy. You are better off. Just going to the Starbucks across the parking lot. This Dunkin WILL waste your time.

This establishment frequently does not have multiple items on the menu. Today when ordering three sandwiches, two snackin’ bacon, one has brown, and three drinks, EACH and every time I asked for an item, I was met with, “Is that all?” Choices were slashed in quarter and the service was dismal. When receiving my order, the snackin’ bacon didn’t have the seasoning on it which I didn’t notice until we had drove away. My husband’s drink was incorrect as well—no add-ins like requested. Once I got home, I found that my sandwich had not been toasted and on the smallest pieces of sourdough I’ve seen at dunkin.

It seems like they’re always out of things, especially stuff that is new or advertised. Last time I went, they didn’t even have spoons for the ice cream. The friendly staff makes up for it and is always helpful at choosing an alternative and they are very apologetic (I completely understand the lack of supplies isn’t the regular staffs fault). The line can be long if you go at peak hours, but that should be expected at any drive through.

Got a large and thought it seemed kinda light turns out cause it wasn’t filled all the way. Also got the omelet things the other day and they didn’t taste or look right. Other than that my donut, stuffed croissant, and the cream cheese things tasted delicious.
