I order a coffee and a bagel tossed with cream cheese. the coffee was good but this is the third time the bagel had what i would say a butter layer of cream cheese and they’re version of tossed is put it in the microwave for 2 second. i will never order food from this Tim Hortons ever again.

The drive thru moves really good and everyone is nice but the picture says it all. Croissants should not be cooked on a bagel setting. Plus you can see the burn before even wrapping either sandwich.

Exterior of the store is full of weeds and the drive thru sign is damaged. The owner must not care about presentation. I can only imagine what the inside looks like. The drive thru staff had no idea about the Tim Hortons app. I tried to use app coupons and the drive thru person said “we aren’t trained on the app”. Shame on this store owner.

1st of all they were out of apple fritters, then when we got up to the drive thru window, they told us they were out of Everything Bagels, then our drive thru guy is just walking around ,pretty much doing nothing, then after about 5 minutes, this girl hands me my bag; no, sorry about the wait, have a nice day …NOTHING! Then I said to her, “nobody’s making anything?”, she said ” we all do”….well, if they all did, I would’ve had my fritters & my friend would’ve had her Everything Bagel….

I was in so much need of a coffee and my son wanted a donut with chocolate and sprinkles. The young women serenity ( sorry if misspelled) said unfortunately we only have vanilla and strawberry at the moment. My son immediately started crying(3yrs) as he was looking forward to this after being so strong letting us pull a HUGE splinter from his foot. She took it upon herself and said I’m going to make this happen for you and go make one quick. His tears quickly turned into a smile and I just wanted to compliment how the smaller acts in life can make someone else’s day so good as she showed today. We were willing to pick something else for him but she insisted and the kindness she showed to make him happy was truly a perfect example that good people still exists! Although she didn’t have to make the donut…she wanted to. Thank you very much for going out of your way for our family today! your customer service, kindness, quick service and caring heart is what drives us to keep coming back to your location❤️

Went there for breakfast. Got an iced cap which was great. Donuts weren’t bad just weren’t fresh probably because we went in late morning. Had a breakfast sandwich on a bagel which was good. Tasted a little dry but did the job. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Service was very good.
