The handful of times we have gone; our blizzards are always watered down and the employees are either too busy talking to each other or are on their phones. Don’t even bother trying to call the store to make a birthday cake order because they never pick the phone up. I love DQ ice cream but this facility has the worst work ethic. Good luck staying open if you’re going to keep treating the customers with this kind of service.

I am sick of them not having chocolate ice cream. EVERY OTHER DQ HAS IT! The chicken strips weren’t great and the gravy dip here always is cold/ old. Please DQ do better.

If I could give negative stars I would. They kept asking people to pull-up. I ordered ice cream and was asked to pull up??? Finally after 15 minutes of sitting there, I went inside to get my money back and she hands me my ice cream. It was so melted 2 slurps and it was gone… PITIFUL- if you are short handed close the store for that day. The store won’t last much longer here with that type stuff going on.

Ordered just a choco brownie blizzard and they gave me a chocolate blizzard with no brownie. I politely asked them for brownie chunks to add to it because they forgot them and they told me i would have to pay extra. Not returning.

I sat at the drive thru window for a whole minute with no one inside and only one car behind. Then the guy comes to the window doesn’t even acknowledge I’m there for another minute. He opens the window and overcharges me for a blizzard with cash. I asked for a receipt and he said I’m gonna need you to pull forward. I said why. He said because we’re on a timer. I said my blizzard is literally ready sitting on the other side of you. He doesn’t say a work and hands me my shake. No attempt to give me the receipt I asked for either. Won’t be back!

I dont normally post anything, but something needs to be done at this store. I spent 20 minutes in line, was asked to pull up. Slushes brought out to the lady behind me. Got back to work with my food and noticed I did not get the sundae I paid for!!! HELLO???? ITS DQ why do you think I came. Get your act together or you will lose a lot of business in this town.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. We were the only ones inside, manager on his dam phone, two workers outside on face time with their legs propped up on fence. To top it off, I had to ask a cook to take our dam order. Two cups of vanilla and one cone. Dam order was wrong when it finally came out. I have no idea how they stay open. If people are so miserable there then why work there? The district manager needs to do a pop up visit like undercoverboss. Went back again to give it another try. Same dam situation as last time. The staff does not want to be bothered . Then they have an attitude. Please do something about this store.
