Pizza Hut is my favorite, but yesterday I ordered the Big Box for my family on DoorDash and it was awful. The breadsticks were rock hard, it was like if it was reheated or something. The cheese on the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way so it looked gross. Highly disappointed. It was my first time ordering from this location, and last for sure.

Quick stop for a personal size pizza. This location is to go not an actual sit-down. The delicious smell is mesmerizing from the moment you open the door. Halloween decors we’re a hit with the kids. The only thing is that outside door needs a bit more cleaning IMO.

One night I ordered food and the girl who took my order when it came to pay she put the phone down and walked away after I gave my card info. Some kid came on the phone after her and was giving me the most disrespectful attitude after her asking me what did I want?! I told him I just ordered a pizza with a young lady and he told me there was no order I felt like they were doing fraud! The guy took my order and then tells me the machine isn’t working and that the wait time will be over an hour! I heard even the back laughing and then he laughed and hung up on me. Imagine I’m trying to buy food for my son and you guys are the only place open and that’s the kind of service I get? I can’t believe such disgusting people have jobs when there is poor people out there dying to work!

Got to pick up pizza and was ignored for first few mins. Order comes out after asking for assistance and it’s wrong. Simple cheese pizza couldn’t get right. Hour later and finally got pizza. Not the way to go when you have 6 hungry kiddos waiting for food.

The staff has no idea what customer service is. Don’t try calling with any sort of problem because their solution is to hang up on you. After the 4th call I had to drive to the store just so they could lied and tried to justify them messing up. Vary disappointed in the entire Pizza Hut team. A pizza order that was made online and never got delivered. Waiting almost two hours. They claimed they tried calling multiple times to try and complete the delivery but there is no record of there attempts. This was their reasoning after they tried saying I never made an order with them to begin with. I tried to hard not to take out my frustration out on them and just stuck with the refund and left. Vary upset over what was suppose to be a great night eating what I’m assuming was going to be great pizza.

The driver was awesome but my order was incorrect. No jalepanos. No answer at the store either. The phone didn’t ring. Just got hung up on repeatedly. But I know they are super busy right now so I can’t be mad. Also wanted to order my free birthday side/dessert but I added my birthday the same time I ordered so it wouldn’t allow me to order. Overall very happy
