The people are friendly and efficient at drive thru. Today I used Door Dash and the nuggets come with two sauces and I paid for one extra. Nuggets weren’t fried crispy (light soft outside) and they sent me the sauce I paid for but not the two that come with the meal. This is the 2nd time this has happened and why I’m writing the review. My cole slaw always tastes fresh but not today. Everything else was ok.

This was a horrible experience, me and my wife were craving fried chicken and went to this drive thru, ordered number 8 and 5 and both came with old old old chicken pieces, also ordered an extra side of fries and didn’t receive it. The lady at the window was not cool either, she charged me 54¢ for two extra sauce packets… but then she also forgot my fries… never going back again

Placed an order via app 8 pc. Drum and thigh (as it’s called on the app) 4 drum 4 thighs. I picked up the order which was done very quickly, I see my name and the order “4 drum 4 thigh” I don’t worry I go home. I open my bucket and it’s white meat. Seriously, one job guys one job. Just read.

I spent 50 dollars there feed my family which was a lot money for some -It was family bucket and couple of tacos. I asked them for some good pieces for the kids. Hence this happened before. There were 3x good pieces a lot were horrible thin legs had no meat and tiny wings were a joke. I felt ripped off.. never again. Just to say employees remember we trying feed are families w fast food but the prices are restaurant prices. Please serve good food. Not happy!@@
