Seriously? 1pm. Tuesday. Two staff members standing around and NOT one place to sit. The order counter caked in soda and the bottom of my cup sticky. Yay. Takes less than a minute to to wipe up between orders. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in hours.

I asked for a grilled chicken club sandwich without bacon, after eating 1.5 of the 4 pieces I noticed bacon and complained, the manager answered that I have ate almost of the sandwich and can not prepare a new one.

This place has taken a turn for the worse lately. The service isn’t as friendly, the food isn’t as fresh and hot as it was even a year ago. The last time we were there the staff in the kitchen was laughing, singing and yelling with each other so loudly it interrupted our conversation in the dining room. I’m all for happy staff, but that was a bit much. There were dirty tables all over, but the place wasn’t busy- someone was leaving the dining room clean up for another shift it appeared. At $45 a ticket for three meals and no drinks? No thank you! 4/8/23

We used to love going to this establishment the past few years as we don’t have a whole lot of local options for good food and bedford isn’t far! the past year specifically the past few months the quality of food has drastically went down hill and I usually never give bad reviews but am doing so in hops management will see. The loaded potatoes used to be over flowing with toppings. now it’s about half that amount and pretty sad looking. my boyfriends mac and cheese is always dried up and old looking. the sandwiches aren’t loaded up like they used to be. kids cookie was pretty pitiful looking. all the way around way down hill. we go to locations in clarksville & Jeff and they still provide good food. just sad for what you pay to eat there. wish management would do some reevaluating! I’ve noticed it’s a lot of young adults keeping it running when we are they unsure if that’s why or because of cost of everything going up they have scaled back but if so I wish the meal prices would just be increased and the food look how it used to. the salads have been the only thing that still look presentable! !

Kids pizza was frozen the chili was out of a can and overall just not worth going they no longer do fresh bread either as i was informed and their spud was nasty the ham on it was slimy and smelled like it sat out too long. Not worth the price for food. Will not be going back. Save your money eat else where

Buncha teenagers too busy flirting with each other to remember there is sauerkraut on a rueben. Forgot the pickles, for my sandwich, the lemon for my tea, and my food was cold, and soggy. Very sad experience really.
