We arrived shortly before the lunch buffet ended and it showed. They were obviously under staffed. Greeting was slow. Tables weren’t being cleared ofused plates. Silverware bins weren’t being refilled. There were only 2 pics. of chicken in the pan. The tea dispenser was empty. Food that was available was well prepared.

Me and my 2 daughters drove up from fremont to have a late lunch. We arrived at 3:30. There were 4 people eating and a server by the name of Karen wouldn’t allow us to order the buffet because it was supposed to be torn down at 1:30. There were currently 4 people eating it so I don’t know why we couldn’t pay and eat the buffet. I understand it was supposed to end at 1:30

We showed up at 7:45 on a Friday night at the West Point location and paid for 3 buffets. There was only a few pieces of chicken and some dried up pizza on buffett. They didn’t let us order any pizza and they didn’t replace anything. We paid nearly$20 each for a plate of salad and a few dried up pieces of pizza. They were open until 10 pm. If they weren’t going to make any food, they shouldn’t have taken our money. Oh and the ice cream was empty too.

Pizza Ranch in West Point is always a nice place to eat. They have a large variety of delicious pizza at the buffet, & they’re chicken is crispy & juicy. The staff is friendly, & frequently stops by to collect dishes. My only complaint is with carry out. The biscuits for carry out are often hard, & seem like they were made several hours prior. Other than that, it’s a great place to eat at or carry out from. Just don’t carry out the biscuits.

We had a family outing with a group of about 11 people, and it was just terrific. The staff was courteous and attentive. The food is always good and there is enough variety to please everyone. The pizza was fresh and delicious. I’m particularly drawn to the fried chicken. So crispy and hot. A great place for a gathering or just a good meal with a friend.

I don’t know what the senior price was I had 1 adult 1 senior but don’t once in a year in a child that was 6 cost me $39 something I think that’s pretty deep steep price 6 year olds don’t eat much then should only be charged $5.
