Hey guys! The 1st time I went with my daughter to dine in. the window tables have their own TV with a remote, which I thought was really Kool! The wait was kind of long for it to not be busy but the food was amazing. And although there was a wait the customer service was good. My daughter ordered catfish and grits! I ordered a salmon wrap with a side of sweet potatoes and mac and cheese! Phenomenal! That is the reason I returned today for takeout. My daughter was displeased because they did not have what she wanted from the menu. However I ordered the fish and a side of greens with a corn muffin. The wait was entirely too long!!!! They messed up on a dine-in order several times. The customers were just as patient as I but very irritated. Hadn’t my food tasted so great, I would’ve left a bad review. They had a BAD day!! I won’t hold it against them! Food is too good not to try! ♀️

This is the best soul food restaurant on the east side of Cleveland. The food is delicious and they give you a plenty!!! I Bought a Rib dinner for my Brother, 4 big juicy rib bones with 4 sides. and he loved it!! The Ribs are superb, tasty and tender, greens, Mac and cheese, chicken and rice, yams all for a great price.

I ordered a chicken wrap fries and greens but I received mac and cheese instead. There was 0 flavor I didn’t know if I was eating wax paper or the food very greasy. The wrap was covered in some type of spicy seasoning everyone dont like spicy food. The wrap was falling apart and soggy.I support black own business but I had to be openly honest 0/10 I do not not recommend

For Mother’s Day I wanted to try a new local restaurant with my mother. I had been driving past this establishment for almost a year now. I love supporting black businesses. Especially since I’m a small business owner myself, I feel that it is important. The hospitality was nothing short of that southern hospitality that we all crave when going to a soul food restaurant and the food was amazing! There was a bonus that I did not expect that u must mention. For Mother’s Day the men greeted us with individual poems and a dark pink rose to show their appreciation! That set the tone and made our experience memorable. We will be back. There’s no doubt about that!

Everything was good and fresh and served hot! Very generous portions and priced very reasonable. Chicken was covered in some dusting I’ve never had before but was very flavorful ! Props to the chefs. And don’t forget to try the Kool Aid

The food was horrible. I spent $21 for burnt ribs and the sides were leftovers half warmed up in microwave. I was so disappointed. I had read the reviews but didn’t noticed till later all the reviews I read were not take out. Was hoping to have the choir meet there for a Sunday dinner, I’ll keep looking.
