Super-clean, friendly staff, and quick service. The counter person was admittedly brand new, yet she got everything ordered right and fast, and was very attentive to folks coming in. Food (see photos) was well-prepared. They are obviously having supply chain issues because they were out of halibut and chicken nuggets. But our order was spot-on. Drive-thru seemed to be moving quickly, too, as we watched from the dining room.

Went through the drive-through, made an extremely simple order, no cars in front of me and no other customers in lobby….waited over 20 min for order….by the time my order arrived there were 4 cars behind me and more customers inside now. Because I didn’t want to hold up the line, I didn’t check my order. After all that… they had forgotten an item but still charged us for it. I knew it’s not a 5-star restaurant but I would think the owner/manager would have more pride in how their establishment was run.

Slowest Arctic Circle in this area and only place that doesn’t compensate for such a long wait. Sitting in a fast food drive thru for more than 5 minutes should never happen especially when there’s 5 customers total around the store. Hate having to come here on Sunday cuz nowhere else on this side of town is open.

Most of the food I like, but I absolutely love it when the Halibut comes around. Probably the best fast food halibut I’ve had. Ever. A little pricey, but in today’s market, I’m not surprised. But I suggest you give the halibut a try if you have even the slightest inclination to try sea food. You won’t be disappointed.

Why doesn’t your cooks know what the “B” in Junior bacon cheeseburger stand for.. 9 times out 10 when I order the chicken BLT salad or the Junior bacon cheeseburger they never put the bacon on them.. I like the selection, not just burgers and fries. Great “shakes”! The shakes are more like Dairy Queen blizzards on steroids for way less. And a basic burger would be deluxe elsewhere. This particular Artic Circle has the best service around. Super nice, willing to customize, quick service.

I can’t express the amount of joy I had when ordering my food. I get to the pay window with two screaming children, and they tell me, “Sorry w didn’t realize we are out of chicken.” Then proceeded to ask if I like a replacement to which I responded, just give me anything. Then, proceeded to wait in the drive-through for ten more minutes to receive the chicken sandwich that was unavailable with the other food that I had ordered ice cold at that point.

The boss is rude to employees even if you’re new working there. The back where employees work is dirty. The food is gross as well, for a bit their ice cream maker wasn’t clean but they still served ice cream. Some staff there are nice and kind but others like to pick a fight. The boss there won’t intervene in fights and just sit back to watch everything. I don’t recommend this place at all
