Don’t go to the Swamp if you want a salad, or a nice sit down dinner. Do go to the Swamp for the BEST, lick your fingers clean, sauce on your face, chicken wings. My kid ate all 10 of his. My Mom, who weighs less than my kid, ate all 10 of hers. The adults in my party of 4 were scared of The Swamp at first glance, but it’s a cute little bar inside if you don’t mind the occasional extra occupancy in the bathroom ️ . My son and I shared no such trepidation; I was immediately delighted watching some local kids splashing in the swamp with waders on. This is my kind of place. Don’t be prissy about some mud, if you like wings you gotta stop. If you like unique dives you can’t find anywhere else, you gotta stop.

The Benny flavor is one of the best original flavors I’ve tasted for wings. For the bar itself, it definitely is a unique experience because the aspect of it being located in a swamp makes you feel like you’re in Louisiana as opposed to New York.

Let me just say its literally IN A SWAMP! It also has some if the best Crispy Buffalo wings I’ve ever had! We also tried the cast iron pan seared black Cajun wings. They were SPICY! It was a unique interesting flavor that they are famous for. I’m happy I tried them, but I’ll be sticking to the amazing Buffalo from now on instead.
