The burgers are top notch here. They are juicy and unique. The New Jersey burger was fantastic, and the large order of fries (rosemary and olive oil!) could easily feed four people. I have never had a bad experience here. They also serve milkshakes (although I haven’t tried them, myself).

The burgers and fries were delicious. However, they were initially out of bacon (and told us so), and then later had to refund our shakes because they were also out of milk. Either we did not receive the receipt or they did not give it to us, which made the process needlessly complicated. We found that out after asking due to the long wait time – they didn’t come out and tell us. The service was otherwise fast and moderately friendly.

The food was excellent! Waited quite some time for 2 milkshakes. Had to get in the order line to inquire, only to be told that they were out of milk. Then it is back to the table for the receipt and back in the long order line to get a refund for the 2 shakes ($9.00). It would have been nice to have been told initially about the apparent shortage of milk. I will not be going there again.

My first trip to a smashburger was terrific. The burger selection is incredible. I had the buffalo burger with blue cheese and the buffalo fries, and the kids had a kids cheeseburger. Service was very fast, and the food was great. We left with lots of left over fries. The buffalo fires were tasty, but there were too many of them. Next trip I will get the normal fries, or just steal some form the kids.

Really enjoy the burgers here having tried Shake Shack, 5 Guys, Bobby Flay’s, and Mooyah. I think it’s because the staff are helpful and patient and you can always find deals in flyers and online. Burgers are very good and not greasy. Smash fries are my fav! Don’t forget to do survey to get a free side on your next trip. Only thing they can do is put prices on the menu you get at the door cause you can order a lot and price can be $$

Burgers are nothing special at all, as thin as fast food burgers, but way more expensive. Complete ripoff, if you want something quick thats not fast food just go to five guys. Both are overpriced, but if youre going to spend the money just get five guys

Food taste okay. Please tell the cashier what you want on your burger!!!! If you fail to tell the cashier what you want, they will give you a plain burger. Lettuce, tomatoes don’t come with the burger unless asked.
