Ok. My experience was amazing. They were short staff and totally slammed. The two young men working stayed positive and provided excellent service. They forgot a avocado toast we ordered…we weren’t going to say anything because it was so busy but I looked up and here comes one of the guys from behind the counter with the toast. He realized he has forgotten. The owners should know how lucky they are to have such great staff

My friend and I’ve been ordering “2 Medium Ice Caps, No Toppings, Senior Discount” from this location for over 10 years. It’s been so long, I could simply ask for “2 straws” and the once wonderful staff knew who I was and what it meant all for less then $6 (so I tipped graciously) BUT along came the unpleasant crabby older manager lady, that seems to hate her job and customers too and she put a stop to senior discounts on Ice Caps!! Well, let it be known the Pennsylvania/Fort location has not cut senior discounts on Ice Caps and they now get my business and their staff subsequently still gets their tip$, and everyone is happy

They NEED to bring back their flat egg, toast their breakfast sandwiches AND make sure the cheese is melted! Tim Hortons used to be my favorite breakfast fast food. Now I never want to go because no one cares about the food or drinks and how they make it and when they changed the recipe for all of their stuff it was disgusting. Please bring back the old Tim Hortons! I will insert a picture of what the sandwiches used to look like and how much I miss them!

Drive thru service is generally slow. Some days they service one car at a time. Not unusual to sit at the speaker for 5-10 minutes before being acknowledged. They need to cross train staff so that they can improve food prep times.
