My husband and I decided to try this place for the first time tonight for our 9th wedding anniversary. I am happy to say we were not disappointed! Charlotte was fantastic taking care of us, our glasses were never empty, the food came out in record time and she was a joy to conversate with. As if the food wasn’t good enough, she definitely made us repeat customers.

My husband and I both ordered the 10oz Ribeye ($32) and had to pay an additional $2 for a regular baked potato, the steak was less than 1/4 inch thick and about the size of my hand ( I’m very petite, I wear kid sized gloves) nowhere near 10oz. Definitely not worth paying $32 for not even an 8oz steak. Go to an actual steak house and spend less.

Service was great. Never had an empty glass. Very friendly. Clean. Food was cold when all dishes arrived. Hush puppies were very salty as well as white beans. Would have been such better had food been warm. We visited at 7:00pm on a Saturday night. There were only about three or four other tables seated.

We’ve been to Samuel’s 5 times and we always enjoy our meals! The servers are friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. My favorite dish is the Capon Florentine. We loved the Valentine’s Day special- a 48 oz Porterhouse to share, with salads, sides, and a dessert. The Porterhouse had a flavorful crust, was cooked a Medium Well on the edges for my boyfriend, and a juicy Medium Rare in the middle for me. Perfect for sharing! The Cremini Mushrooms were so juicy and flavorful, and perfect with the steak. Great quiet place to enjoy a meal!

I’m new to this area and I’ve been going to lots of different restaurants and Samuel’s is by far the best restaurant. Prices are great, food was amazing n our server was awesome! Well worth it! And I must add this my family is picky n every time we go out at least 1 of us dislikes something, but not at Samuel’s, we all loved everything!♥️♥️♥️ we will definitely be coming back! Mad props!
