Update 10/12: I recently ate dinner here and my Thai Lotus rice did not have that distinctive Thai flavor. I even asked for mild spice and there was no spice. No basil, cilantro, or jalapeno flavor. It tasted like Chinese fried rice. The service was great. I was just disappointed in the rice. The coconut soup and Thai tea were delicious.

Easy access. Take out or eat in. Food was good. The basil fried rice will definitely give Chinese fried rice a run for its money.

Thai tea was super sweet. I got the pad Thai. Lots of noodles and veggies and I’m glad they gave lime! Portion is huge. It’ll last me 3-4 meals. I wish I asked for medium-hot spice level. It’s a bit bland. I got to go and she said 15-20 minutes and it was ready.

I enjoyed the fast turnaround for my order, did not dine it but pick up was easy. Ordered the basil fried rice with tofu which was supposed to be spicy, but the pepper was served on the side. It was okay, a bit bland and a small portion (lunch portion). There were not enough pieces of tofu for me to thoroughly enjoy and it almost tasted sweet instead of spicy. Usually egg rolls come with most cuisines you order but only if you dine in.

Always great service, and the food is delicious! The place has been around for 18 years, and my mom would often have lunch there when I was little. I highly recommend the crispy duck with basil sauce as well as the coconut soup. If you are a coffee lover, the Thai coffee is a must! Go give it a try, you may end up with a new favorite spot. 🙂

Beat Thai food I’ve had in a long time! The cheese rolls were to die for! Had the lamb and garlic chicken. Can’t wait to try some scallops and the coconut cake next time! Great service and the chef even came out to greet us as first time customers. Excellent experience!

Visited on a Wednesday night an hour before close and the place was empty. They told me I could only order take out. They totally messed up the order! I ordered the curry fried rice with tofu and specifically said mild and asked for no vegetables. I figured since I was the only customer, that wouldn’t be difficult. WRONG! They threw what seemed to be every vegetable known to man in my rice. Green beans and cabbage in fried rice??? And to make matters worse, it was so spicy, I could barely eat it. Maybe it was a bad night, but this is one restaurant I won’t be revisiting!

I was in the area yesterday and look for a new Thai restaurant that I had not been to before. So search found Thai Lotus restaurant and decided to give it a try. The food was delicious. I had the massaman curry with beef and my guest had the house Pad Thai special. I tested both dishes and thought they were both delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. They were also open to customizing dishes based upon our individual tastes. I was there about 2 p.m. so the place was not packed but did have a steady stream of customers.

My family went to lunch yesterday at Thai Lotus. The food was fantastic. The seasoning and flavors were very well done and the presentation was fantastic. The Pad Thai was a wonderful combo of sweet and spicy. The service was also top notch. Highly reccomended.
