I had an excellent experience and enjoyed my food very much. I order chips with no salt and they were still tasty. Oh and the cucumber mint tea was bomb!

First time here. The food was really great. Food fresh. I created my own bowl. The spicy chicken was really seasoned well. They were really helpful since I was unsure of the process since it was my first time. The popularity made the lines incredibly long. Definitely worth going back.

This is my second time coming to this location and again I’m not impressed. I got a Greek salad but they didn’t have arugula or feta cheese. Yet, I saw arugula at the bar they use for the drive thru. The guy drenched my salad in the vinaigrette and was also not in a great mood. You can tell he did not want to be there. I enjoy Cava’s food but this location needs some training. The lack of customers shows that this location is not so great.

The spicy lamb in a pita wrap was phenomenal. Sometimes I just come for the Baklava flavor and Turkish Coffee shakes, they are totally worth the wait.

Edit: 1/28/23d: Well,.. they’re open guys! . My first visit was today. You could tell they’re getting “up to speed” so give them a bit of grace! The employees are nice! The manager is still intervewing as I was ordering food so they’re still working out the kinks! You kind of get that “new restaurant” feel so hopefully they will catch up soon to the others that have have made the brand so popular. I really want them to succeed now that Waldforf finally has a “healthy food” alternative in place so I’m rooting for them! Here are the best pics I could get today! Enjoy your experience! Bone Appetite!! Welcome Again CAVA to WALDORF Southern MD!

I was totally floored when I was the line! I had ordered my food and looked up and a front line server making the bowls had her pants unzipped, open and folded down. It was very clearly seen and totally inappropriate. All the servers were unpleasant and not inviting. I saw no signs of management. I was already hesitant in going but that experience was my first and last for the Waldorf location

First time visit. Food was great, staff was lack luster. Gave little to no care in letting us know how the ordering went. My husband got a spicy chicken and avocado pita and it wasn’t until we were getting everything put in did they tell him they were put of avocado. My pita was supposed to come with tzatziki sauce and they were also out of that. The soda fountain didn’t have any ice, which we got the tea/lemonade which came out cold anyways so it wasn’t a big deal. Thinking other locations where staff might care a bit more, would be a much better place.

I placed my order at 02:06pm with a confirmation of my order being ready by 02:15. I was in line by 02:18 with only one other vehicle ahead of me. I did not recover my order until 02:35, even though the receipt confirmation on my bowl shows a time of 02:29. Not only was the wait time horribly extended but the customer service was horrible as well. When the attendant first opened the pick up window, instead of a greeting, I was asked what the name on the order then back to silence. There was no update on my meal, which should of already been ready. But I had to wait without any update. While waiting, I had to get their attention to ask for an update on my food. To which the attendant stated she’s packing it up now. When she returns to the windows, she stated that they are now out of pita chips and only choices I have is to substitute for another item, or she could add more protein to my meal. I visually watched her make multiple meals which also included pita chips before handing me my meal I’ve now waited for an additional 17mins for. I informed her I wanted a refund for the pita chips, she told me that they can not but I would have to seek a refund online. I’m disgusted with the service

I’m really sadden be the service here today. I like CAVA, but not going to but up with the bad service with young people these days. The service this day was horrible from the time I placed my order to the I paid and the 25 minutes I waited for cold pita chips. No eye contact, and they mumble when speaking to you. I should at least get a smile and act like you care about your job. But I bet they only do that when they get paid. I not saying all young people but I notice this at a lot of places with poor service. As a consumer I’m not only paying for good products but also Good Service. You should never expect less. If this continues they don’t have to worry about me patronizing their store anymore, I will go to Panera instead. If you go here I recommend you order good service.
