I am on a road trip, and did a mobile order for a roast beef at 11:15 am. Got back on the road before taking a bite. Big mistake. In alllll of my years, I have never not finished a sandwich. I legit suspect that it was from yesterday, as it was extremely dry, rubbery, and had a bad taste. I took 3 cautious bites and couldn’t do anymore. I really hope I don’t get sick…

Only one person for drive thru, and only one person at the front, with a couple of employees cooking in the back, and this Arby’s is doing a good job of moving people (and cars) along. A sign at the cash register asks patrons to be patient due to small staff, and another sign urges folks to apply for employment.

We ordered chicken sandwiches, one was raw the other burned! They replaced with dripping wet roast beef. Honestly the worst I have ever had. May never step foot in an Arby’s again. This one was filthy, thought we’d be stuck to the floor after trying to get our drinks. HORRIBLE

If I could give negative stars, I would. We found this location online and it said they are open until 11pm, as did the Arby’swebsite ! We did an order at 9:20 pm for curbside pick-up. The lights were on when we arrived at 9:30 pm. Only a few minutes later at 9:35 the doors were locked and whatever employee was there left out the back door. I don’t know who operates this location, but they need a reprimand. There were 3 other cars of people that tried to eat here tonight as well. I know the employee saw us all. If we are charged for this we will go to corporate. We placed an order for $60, so yes. We are ticked off and hungry. More people came as we were leaving, so pretty sure yall lost about $300 in business. Off to a competitor we go!

Was in walking distance from our hotel but both doors were locked (the hours said it was open until 11pm ). Waited for a server to walk by who was mopping and hoped she’d tell us why they’re closed so early, since it wasn’t even a holiday. Every server acted like they had no idea we were there, and completely ignored us despite making eye contact several times. Called the restaurant, but there was no answer. Dissapointed .

We have traveled across 9 states and got into Richfield Ut late last night, 4th of July. We were starving, decided we wanted Arby’s. Drove over from our Hotel at 10 pm and 2 of the employees were sitting outside on the side facing Chevron. There were no lights on so we asked are you open. We were told no, we closed at 11 tonight its only 10 pm. Noone moved, they just looked at us. Hmmmmm. We ended up at McDonalds and when we returned to our hotel there were several people outside playing with fireworks. Not a pleasant experience.

We stayed at a hotel within walking distance and walked over to get some food at 9pm and the website and sign on the door says dine-in closes at 11pm on Fridays. We tried the doors but they were locked and the workers looked at us, turned around and ignored us. I tried to call to ask why it was closed but there was no response.
