They never give you what you order. I ordered 2 soft taco supremes and a Mexican pizza. I got 1 soft taco and 1 hard taco. Neither were supreme. The pizza was burnt. No idea how they did that! Shan’t be back. (But the amazing lady that works the window in the day time.. she’s amazing. Love her.

Beautiful location. I have only had one awesome encounter here. The rest has been absolutely horrible. There is a heavy set tall guy that works there, he always has a bad attitude. He is lazy and confrontational. My husband and I have had three separate occasions where he was argumentative and unkind. It just seems like he wants power or control. Very unprofessional. The lobby is NEVER opened. They are always out of everything. Probably hoping you don’t order and just leave. The food is average to low quality. Sometimes it is good, other times it is cold or tastes weird. The meat sometimes tastes like it was in a bucket of tap water. I will never come back to this location. It is never busy here but somehow it takes forever to get our food. And it’s cold. It doesn’t make sense. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the other Beaufort location. And that is saying a lot considering I live basically next door to this location. Corporate definitely needs to help this location or get better staff. I am sure the managers aren’t any better, because the employees are horrendous.

Went through the drive through and it took forever. Then they said I needed to pull around to the front and get our food there. Ended up going inside to get it and the lady in the car in front of me was doing the same thing. Took the food home and tried to eat it but it was so bad I threw it out. That was my last trip to Taco Bell. Never again.

The three stars are for the very polite and professional staff. We were so disappointed, however, to find that the dining room was closed, and the deep fryers apparently broken, because no fried foods are served. That is approximately half the menu. Owners, you might want to remedy this ASAP or be prepared to lose a lot of business. Lots of competition in the area.

Terrible service so unprofessional!!! Will never come get again! Just a word of advice do not come here! felt like we were an inconvenience couldn’t even get a refill because there was no ice in lobby, then I asked for ice, then it was and argument. And left a bunch of food and drinks out of our order!

Great experience, even though nothing fried was being served, equipment issues, the Mexican pizza was what I wanted and they didn’t disappoint. Very good and will get again. Tacos were good as well. It has been a while and a bit surprised by the sour cream on regular tacos.

Cooperaritiom Taco Bell has responded to my last [65+] requests and emails after moving here from Oklahoma, tulsa, (giving you obviously a short to the point review) this is the one across the street for a fire department & Walmart, just so everyone knows of this absolutely horendeos service !! I live right next door!! I had to move yet again(not like I moved intentionally to a TB) but this place is the biggest let down ever! They are always drove through only , like %75 menu not available , so many let downs..okay so go to mcdonalds in the morning and imagine “ hey , so I’m sorry , but we have everything accept McGriddle paddies, bacon ketctup pancakes and panckake syrup (fake surup not real maple anyways) and only mustard and straws if you ASK AFTER REALIZING Which is like waiting on someone to take a number two but you were really expecting a movie & popcorn…F this place, not the employees but the people that run it!!!

We came through the drive-thru the first time and bought $40+ worth of food…. we got all the way home, which is 25 minutes away, and found out that all of our food was not inside of the bag! We were specific with all of the food that was coming on our order. We made a phone call so that we can come back up and get the order corrected. We specifically told the management as well as whomever was on the drive through headphones specifically what we wanted. Once we were told to go around to the drive-through window, we waited a few minutes and was given a bag full of food. We were about to leave out of the drive way of the restaurant and realized that there were several things that were missing. 1 main thing that we stated it was that there was debt with the quesadillas we did not want the jalapeno sauce on them but instead the nacho cheese sauce. We got all the way home, which is 25 minutes away, only to realize that both of the quesadillas had jalapeno sauce on them automatic and both were being instead of one chicken in one beef.!!!!!!
