Tried to order pizza, was told the power was out in the restaurant. Spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to order from another location only for my order to be sent to the same location with no power. Order canceled twice. Asked restaurant to send my order to another location one mile away, they would not. Gave up and ordered Chinese food. If they won’t sell me food, someone else will. Terrible service, don’t waste your time.

I made an order online on February 8 at 7:15 pm The confirmation said that I was going to receive it at approximately 8:10pm, which I did not receive it until more than 9 pm They never told me that the order was going to arrive late, they sent it to me by doordash and to make things worse they sent me a wrong order it was not even close to what I had ordered and paid. I tried to contact them but they never answered me, the truth was a very bad experience and it is unfortunate because my family We love this pizza.

Good pizza but deliveries are consistently the slowest I’ve experienced anywhere. Sixty-five minutes on a slow weeknight to deliver a pizza 3.1 miles with no traffic. And there’s a delivery charge of course.

Very fresh. Pizza was prepared in a timely fashion. Plenty of parking. Great location! I will definitely order from here again. Prices were amazing, I needed pizza for a birthday party. It’s hard to jusr call and order they really push online and the automated system just leaves you holding. But the carry out process was good. Just wish it was an easier process to order ahead without creating an account. This was a last minute purchase.

Better off getting Digiorno than Papa Johns, pizza and wings arrived cold even though the manager said that they were just out the oven. Was fresh when it was made 1 hour ago, 2 hours later I get cold pizza. Ordered a 2 liter and got a 20 ounce bottle instead, manager said they were out so had to give me the “dollar amount” but I’m thinking “you’re already 1 hour late, throw three 20 ounce bottles in there you stingy b****.”
