I really like this place because they have authentic Mexican food. They don’t have a lot of options but the food, particularly the tacos, are some of the best in the area. I like that they have cabeza, which is either beef/pork head.

The best tacos in all of Virginia!!! I Love all the meat selections and the corn tortillas make them even better! I recommend using the red salsa, it’s the best I’ve taste EVER IN MY LIFE! They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in, plus they have the best prices. Come once and you’ll be hooked for life!

Best Mexican Food in not only Deep Creek but Chesapeake. Fresher than the Mexican Chain /Corporated in Greenbrier area. Staff is very friendly as always, especially the young woman tonight. The food is reasonable and always fresh. The Quac is by far the best. This place has been expanding over the years, there is a reason why. Oh and yes the chips, salse and white dip is nothing to turn away from.

I was disappointed with this place. Given the location, I expected faster service times during lunchtime. Upon arrival they don’t ask if you’d like to sit or order to go. We planned on eating there. We were put in a dark corner where we were forgotten about after we ordered. We were brought chips and salsa after the meal, and the chips were really stale. We had to ask for the check twice before going up to the register and paying. The person we asked to bring us the check tried to blame a waitress that wasn’t serving our table. Overall I was really disappointed, but the tacos were decent.

When I want a treat, this is my go-to Mexican restaurant. I used to work nearby and went there a lot. Now that I work much further, I go there less often, but I am always super happy to have done the miles. It’s the best Mexican food I know of in Eastern Virginia. The tacos are delicious, but try to be adventurous, the menudo and the caldo de rez are fantastic.
