Call in take out order, when the gluten-free item was not gluten free, called back. Told I need to talk to manager, was put on hold then rerouted to the initial ordering process starting back over. talked to a 2nd person, he said it would all be ready when we arrived. We drove back, “arrived” and THEN they said they will start making it!(promised us it would be ready when we drove back-about 15 min). now it’s about 20 minutes since we “arrived” for the 2nd time, and we still don’t have our food.

I had a catering order for about 40 people, and Noodles knocked it out of the park! Joe called me the day before the order to confirm details with me. The food was ready on time, packaged nicely, and was hot and delicious! I will definitely use their catering option again, and am so glad they’re in Waunakee!

I’ve ordered twice from this location and both times my order has been incorrect. Both times I was told that they’ll just refund my money. It’s not about the money, it’s about following simple instructions and giving what’s ordered. First time, there was no chicken in my Alfredo MontAmore. Second time, there was shrimp instead of chicken. Although I’m 2 minutes away and it’s convenient, I’ll probably just to West. Get it together, jeez!

Ordered take out for Covid friendly two family gathering. The meals were not warm, lacked sauce and flavor, the avocado was brown (understand oxidation, but it was immediately brown and probably was sitting all day long, tofu and chicken were also missing that we were charged for). Haven’t been to noodles & co in a few years, and had reasonable expectations for a brand new location that was a complete let down. I don’t see our families ever returning to this location. It was a waste of $50.
