We got a French dip sandwich & the kids mac n cheese. My 9 year old loves the Mac n cheese, however, the French dip was built for Polly pocket, and the meat was semi-equivalent to a rubber band. I’d have given 3 stars had I not been forced to give a tip. I tried to bypass, and the man hit the back button, so I was forced into tipping solely for someone to take my order at a register (I’m fine tipping to be waited on, but tipping for someone to tap a screen is a little ridiculous). Oh, for a 6 inch French dip, kids meal ($6.99) and two drinks I paid $40. Way overpriced, but typical California.

Ordered a salad with no chicken. They made a mistake and made with chicken. I had to turn around from home and come back to have it fixed. Worst part person at the order desk did not acknowledge their mistake at all, instead just said “do want refund or remade with ignorance and so rudeness.

They don’t do phone orders. I called and they said online or Doordash only. I don’t use doordash, so I had to look up thier website and place an order. Make sure you pick the correct location. Ordered a smoked brisket sandwich and vegetable soup. So good. Sourdough soft and warm. Fresh.Tasty. Will order again.

I visited this place for the first time, today. To start with, I like to give praise when I can to the employees. Please make sure that you praise the help. Very kind and great customer service. Now, onto the menus. The sandwich was fresh and no corners were cut. I received exactly what I ordered. The clam chowder was excellent. Now, on to the store. Very clean, and orderly. You noticed that I gave you 4 stars. Well, the reason being, it is very dark in the store. When I’m dining, I can view things much better if there is lighting. I mean this store is so dark, that I actually used my light on my phone. The lighting is terrible. If I do not return, this is the reason.

My wife ordered the #8 pastrami and turkey sandwich for me since we were bringing our food to the Oakland A’s game. She asked for the sandwich to not include mayo, but please add mustard. When I opened the sandwich at the game there was only meat and mustard between the bread. No tomato, lettuce, onion or cheese. Really! Needless to say I chose not to eat it, so I am out of the money for the sandwich plus the money I spent on food at the ballpark. Not to mention I missed Matt Olson’s home run standing in line. Thanks Sourdough. I’m sorry my sandwich request was so complicated. I will accept no response from your store to mean you are fine with my experience. I have the receipt waiting.

This place has really good quality food. But the last three times I visited they can’t seem to make the order properly. Two visits ago I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and a Cobb salad, got home all the way downtown Antioch, and there was no avocado on either. I went yesterday reorder the same thing, got back to work and there was two items missing off the salad. Ugh ♀️

The bread and the Clam Chowder is good. The cookies are good. Ordered the Ham and Turkey and it was ok but not for the price. The sandwich had one piece of ham, one piece of turkey and one piece of cheese. The slice of cheese was almost thicker than the two pieces of meat combined.

First time coming here and had a bad experience. First the people in front of us who were dining in did not have to show vaccination status to eat inside but my wife and I were asked. Then I ordered the brisket sandwich with clay chowder and when I got to the car it was stone cold. The attitude of the cashier lady was not rude but very impatient with us while ordering. The wife and I believe in second chances tho so we will try this place again just not this location.
