Doing it Hard
Daytime hours during the week, this location has some of the best staff around! Management always make sure the operation is running smoothly and I actually saw one of the employees chase after a customer that forgot a bag bringing it out to them in the parking lot. On the weekend, however I feel bad for the staff. I feel like during the weekend there aren’t as many staff members on shift and there isn’t a strong manager to make sure the operation runs smoothly. When I visit on the weekends it’s not as great as it is during the weekdays.

My sister-in-law decided to order a Kentucky fried chicken and some for her and her aunt. She did Uber eats at the KFC on Baum Boulevard. She called to let us know that she talk to the driver have no clue why he was near liberty tunnels when we live in 15209.. I was very upset myself because I haven’t had KFC for like a couple years. I was so looking forward to having it. I did call the store and the manager said to me we don’t even have a name on that order..Hmm

One of the worst ordering experiences I’ve had where I was told that placing an online order put your food at the lowest priority no matter how long ago your order was placed. I was waiting for my online order for around 26 minutes after it was meant to be ready and another customer was waiting around 35 minutes.
