I wanted to order a Crunch wrap supreme and asked the guy to Omit the cheese sauce inside the crunch wrap as it’s tooo spicy for me…so I then asked …if I omit the cheese sauce. Can you just add more sour creme instead??? He said he could not… it would mean an UP- charge!!!!

Employees need training. 45 minutes in drivethrough with 4 cars ahead of me. Order messed up and prices are crazy. Dining room closes at 8. no choice but to wait in drive through. I hope they can turn things around! it will be a long time before we go back.

Worst please to go to for Taco Bell. Taco Bell sauce packets are charged. It’s owners rule to charge for sauce. #tacobell should cancel there franchise. We bought 45$ but they cannot give few sauce.

Mobile order. Service was on time and was prepared as ordered. I don’t normally eat at Taco Bell, but based on my past experience, their food hasn’t changed. It’s not great, but it is edible. Their beans are minced and runny, and the meat is not very distinguishable as meat, although it’s flavored as such. The staff was friendly enough for a drive-through mobile order pickup.

They are also a KFC, so there is less of a selection. Items cost more here than at Taco Bell in town. Hard to read the outside menu. Waited on line at the drive-thru for 20 mins. Placed our order, it was over $23. That is $7 more than what we normally spend. Left the line and went to Burger King, which was $15. Sorry, love the food, but I’ll go to Bartonsville.
